CWC Member Frieda Feen plus Judy Detrick and Linda Jupiter Frieda will talk briefly about the ways in which the Mendocino College PubClub participants were encouraged and empowered as writers, making their work more rea, visible, and public; listing speakers and their topics, telling about writing related collaborations and classes that came from the club, and introducing the idea of reactivating the club. Frieda will introduce Linda Jupiter, a book producer, and Judy Detrick, who is versed in many book arts and the teacher of Designing and Producing Your Book Using Adobe InDesign.

POETRY WRITING WORKSHOPS The workshops include samples of the various styles and techniques of poetry writing, displays of published works, in-session writing exercises along with readings and discussions of individual works produced during the workshops. Motherbear's editorial is titled "The New Life of Fairy-Tales: Hearing Silence, Resistance, and Ecstatic Culture."
